Not every problem needs a Digital Dispatcher. These are the jobs I take on for individual modelers and clubs — code, wiring, setup, and getting stuck projects unstuck.
Custom code — Arduino & any device
Accessory control, occupancy sensors, signals, automation, lighting effects (including WLED), over USB/WiFi/MQTT. Arduino, ESP32, Pico W, Raspberry Pi — whatever the project needs. If a device on your layout is supposed to do something and doesn't, that's a project.
DCC-EX + DEJA.js installation & configuration
CommandStation setup, DEJA Server install, and your layout configured in DEJA.js — roster, turnouts, signals, routes, automations — so you can run from any phone, tablet, or computer.
Wiring & power distribution
Bus wiring, feeders, power districts, turnout and servo wiring — designed right and documented. Delivered as part of a Digital Dispatcher build, as a wiring plan for your own build, or hands-on at your layout — I travel to you.
Layout automation & signaling
Routes, block detection, signal logic, operating-session automation, effects — planned around how you actually operate.
Troubleshooting & support sessions
Something's broken, intermittent, or just won't work and you've stared at it long enough. One hour, $75, video call — we find it and fix it. If you're not sure it's a one-hour problem, book the free call first.
